Delivery

When items are in stock your order will be sent within 48 hours, making delivery between three and five working days for orders to mainland UK using First Class Royal Mail. During exceptionally busy times such as Easter, Christmas and New Year, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order.

If you have contacted us to cancel your order before you have received your goods, unless cancellation takes place within 2 hours of your order, your cancelled order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.
